I ate here recently on New Year's Day at lunchtime...while the food is consistently good, the service was so awful I felt I had to go out of my way to leave this one-star review. I have lived in ATL all of my adult life and am familiar with the edgy counter service atmosphere (Fellini's, Mellow Mushroom, Taqueria Del Sol, etc...) so it really takes a lot to shock me. The attitude of the girl behind the counter was so awful I think that she must practice it home during her off hours. She could have not been more rude, condescending and generally nasty. If I were the owner of this business I would immediately review operations to root this person out and give her a job that is not customer facing at all. I enjoy the food here...they have great burgers, fries, onion rings, etc...but I won't pay premium prices to be treated like dirt. Hopefully this is a one-off.

Food is always great at this location but service is consistently terrible except for the tall guy with red hair (he’s great). Every one else acts like we’re inconveniencing them. If you don’t want to work here, THEN DONT. No one is forcing you to be here.

I really enjoyed the Vibe, the burgers were excellent, and my father who is very picky about his onion rings loved them. I'm looking forward to the next time I visit.

Great place to eat. It was not super busy for a weekend at noon.

I had a grilled chicken sandwich Cowboy style and please listen, I'm not exaggerating when I say it was literally the most delicious chicken sandwich I've ever eaten. I've eaten them all over America. This was in a league of its own. The food and sides are great and at a good price too. We sat upstairs at the rooftop bar and it was lovely. I'll absolutely return.

Server with bandana and grills was extremely rude!!!! I understand people have hard days but the service was absolutely atrocious, on top of having a devious stench that any regular person would’ve let slide they made us extremely uncomfortable from start to finish! Do better with who you hire, never returning to this grindhouse location.
