Unfortunately this Jersey Mike's location is PERMANENTLY CLOSED. Publix is moving into the Cambridge Square strip mall and will acquire this space. Ron, the JM store owner/manager, tried working with JM corporate to get their assistance to move to a new location but they were not able to come to an agreement. So sorry to see them close.

Made an order for delivery, and it was never delivered. After I made the order for delivery on the app, the app switched it to pick up and I called numerous times immediately after and no one ever picked up and the voicemail was completely full so I couldn’t leave a message. Spoke with Ron today who was completely condescending rude & arrogant. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service. I’ll be sure to contact BBB.

I had called to confirm if the order I received was correct. A guy picked up the call and after getting a few words out, they hung up on me. I called 3 more times and someone finally picked up on the last call, but no one greeted me and they just left me on the phone listening to all the sounds going on around the store for 5 minutes until I gave up.I love eating at Jersey Mike’s, but this experience makes me not want to get anything from them. No customer service what so ever in this location.

The owner of this Jersey Mike’s location is a 60 year old racist, white male who tries to give black people a hard time when patronizing the store. Today, one of the nearby hospital workers made a purchase at this location, and as usual because she is Black he tried to give her a hard time. He also tries to cut cost by using a lower grade of sub ingredients. If you have ever eaten at other Jersey Mike’s locations, you can taste the difference.

Ryan deserves a raise. He made me the best jersey mikes sub I’ve ever had, and he had great customer service. I will be back here because of Ryan

Subway, who?!?!This was my first time having Jersey Mike's, and I'd always wanted to try their food because I heard so many great things. The hype is warranted! I had an Italian Sub and Diet Pepsi. Everything was so fresh and high-quality. You do pay a little more, but I don't mind that when what you're getting is on par with the higher price. I also love that they give back to the community, that's important to me.The people there were really nice, too. I don't live in Brookhaven, but there's one over on Hugh Howell that's close by...You got you a new regular, Jersey Mike's!!! ??

Good sandwiches ? and the meat is sliced right there per order. The staff was nice and helpful.

I've been disappointed with the sandwiches the last couple of times. Ive requested extra jalapenos and they hardly put enough or mayonaise. The bread wasn't fresh. Just bland.
