This is the first negative review I've ever written. I ordered dinner for delivery because I work across multiple time zones, hadn't eaten all day and would be working until about midnight. I live directly across the street from the restaurant and have eaten at Lucky China since 2017. For the very first time, the food was absolutely horrible and inedible. I went into the restaurant the very next morning with the food and receipt in hand and explained. I merely requested a refund for the cost of the "food". Not the tip, the service fee or the tax. They refused and told me my only option would be another dish. I worked in hospitality for several years and I'm aware of what is done to the food of a complaining customer, so I declined. I was furious, so I went through my emails and credit card statements and found that I've spent more than $2,500 here. Needless to say they will NEVER get another penny from me. So I hope the loss of business was worth it.

Food and service was horrible . I needed shrimp and I asked was it fantail and she said " what?l which is rude where I came from. The food was horrible after all of that

Diego, our waiter was extremely polite and helpful. When my grandmother complained that her dish was too spicy he immediately offered to change it for her. Food was excellent.

The food was a disappointment. Why are they giving out baby portions for the price they're selling at? NEGATIVE! The service was great and the place even looked amazing but the food portions are ridiculous.

I was not impressed with the flavor of the fried rice at all. The sizzling rice soup was a super small portion and didn’t have many ingredients in it.
I have been coming since June they always give such amazing customer service they General tso is amazing I come from mcdonough for it the have made even more changes to make it More comfortable and beautiful it’s always very clean. The owners are always involved in here on site truly care about their business.
Definitely new owners food doesn’t taste the same and the workers are very rude not returning

What happened to this place. This has been our go to Chinese place for quite awhile now. But when we ordered today it was all wrong.First of all they accepted a delivery order when they weren't taking deliveries.I was charged a delivery fee and a tip was given based on that delivery.The crab angels (crab rangoon) was served with some black vinegar type sauce. I have never seen anything but a sweet and sour sauce with these. So that was trashed.The garlic chicken was good.

I got frustrated because I wanted fresh duck sauce and fresh hot mustard when I ordered for take out and they wanted to charge me 4 dollars. Went to another restaurant and it was terrible. I'll order from here in the future however, that is greedy of these new owners.

Had the pleasure of dining here after church with my nephew and his partner. I hadn't been here for a while and was delighted to see the new decor. You have curtains at each table to ensure privacy and service are quick and accurate. I had the sizzling rice soup with shrimp, and the guys had a basil rice dish and Mongolian beef. They truly enjoyed their entrées. The staff are personable and efficient. When I come back, I'm going to have that basil dish! I'll bring friends too. Give ot a try!
