I got served expired food earlier today. I tried to call up there once I felt better to speak with management, but nobody bothered to answer. I called customer service instead, but I want them to please do FIFO. I personally worked in food service as management and this is completely unacceptable. PLEASE TRAIN PEOPLE CORRECTLY SO THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN!!

I came through the drive through today. Haabil not only gave great service but noticed a concerning sound my car was making. He recommended an auto shop and automatically offered me a non dairy option when he noticed they were out of oat milk! 10/10 service every time I come in.

my mom doesn’t come here anymore because she says they keep getting her order wrong. today, I realized what she was talking about. I’m not sure about the drive-through, but do not go in to place your order! for some reason it’s always wrong. They messed up my cup of water? I asked for a large water no ice because it’s 20° outside and a splash of lemonade and one dark roast coffee. I get an iced water. no splash of lemonade. I then ask them to remake it. I wait another 5-6 minutes there’s now multiple people lining up waiting for their orders. it seems like their priority is the drive-through not people inside. so I’m waiting around for my simple cup of dark roast coffee. I finally asked if there’s an issue with my coffee then they seem surprised to hear that I ordered a cup of coffee?! so they poured it on the spot for me and hand it to me after I was waiting for 15 minutes. what is going on in there?!!

This Starbucks has unfortunately been on a downward trajectory lately. The drive thru is very slow and the drinks are inconsistent. Hope to see things improve because it’s a very convenient location.

This has to be the worst Starbucks ever. We waited over 30 minutes for a hot chocolate. The service was awful.

The forgot my order for a simple coffee, my breakfast sandwich was the worst thing I've eaten in a while, the wifi is down, the coffee was burnt, and no smiles or friendliness from the staff.

I'm frankly at a loss as to how many people visit this coffee shop.

The employees at this location have always been very hot and cold which makes me so uncomfortable and depreciates my entire Starbucks experience. Despite how much money I spend there, I never practice entitled behavior and remain calm and mellow when interacting with the individuals handling my food and drink. Some days they’re nice but most days they are short tempered and rude. My experience calling today was unacceptable and I’m on the phone documenting this with customer service. An employee rudely told me a drink I favor is no longer being served “because it’s out of season” (I was previously informed this location was just out of the ingredients). However, customer service informed me the drink is still in season and available at other locations. Not only was this employee rude and inappropriate in tone but they provided inaccurate information according to customer service.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the incredible experience I had at Starbucks Store 8276. The Store Manager, Yellow, is an absolute gem! She ensures that the store is always spotless, well-organized, and runs smoothly. Not only that, but she also introduced me to a delightful new drink that I absolutely love. It’s a testament to the wonderful team at Starbucks, and I’ll definitely be back for more. Thanks to Yellow and her staff, I’ll be a loyal customer for years to come! Also try the misto coffee with heavy cream & two stevia, YUM!!

Drip coffee is never hot. I am beginning to see why there is criticism of this institution lately. No one wants to pay for mediocre overpriced coffee. There is better tasting coffee at Einsteins bagels to be honest. Staff however is good and very nice.
