This is one of the SLOWEST Starbucks known to humankind. Like OMG! I’ve literally been in the drive-thru line for almost 15mins and I haven’t even made it to the kiosk to order yet. I’m only here because my grandmother wanted Starbucks. She realized that we have been waiting a while and said don’t worry about it; however, I cannot even leave because once you’re on the corner of the drive thru, you are practically locked in and have no other choice but to continue to wait.

What makes a perfect Starbucks season? Holiday cheer, these kind and professionally patient Baristas listening to my layer upon layer drink and getting it right and tenacious teamwork...and I saw it tonight like a sparkly holiday tree in the middle of nowhere for the perfect cheerful reason!

The SEASON OF FLAWLESS BARISTANESS brought to me by JOE and STEPHEN! See! I knew I could find something memorable to rhyme with his name! it's the least I could do, he made the perfect cup of Joe for me: my caramel macchiato upside down With blonde ristretto shots, four to be exact and there's no way to be exact on how much whipped cream I asked for so I'm just gonna leave that between Santa and I as well as the details about the caramel cinnamon drizzle on top of that...What a Merry and bright night wayyy before Christmas and a week before I run a 5K in LA Cit-tay (rhyming again just for fun). seriously, I was just passing through and happened to be all struck by these awesome guys so I had to pull over and write it up! This holiday season and beyond, let's all be patient with each other, and let's all acknowledge each other's effort to make the world a better place. And if not… You might get whipped cream on your face (oh, I just had to rhyme again!)

I absolutely love this café. The Manager Antwan gives outstanding Customer service and my pumpkin spice latte is absolutely my favourite when I go to Starbucks. Always friendly staff Emma about to do

A really pale, blonde haired girl with dark eyes served my drink at the drive thru and was very stale with no personality. Honestly not sure that she wasn’t a robot. If you don’t like interacting with people then the last place you should be working is at the window!!!!! I’m sick of spending my money at places with unpleasant and attitudinal workers, stop letting them be at the forefront!

“Security service” you hired to “direct traffic” is UNPROFESSIONAL, and disrespectful! His answer to everything is “I don’t know and that’s why they hire me” but he sits in his car and on his phone. I am trying to give my business to Starbucks but can gladly go elsewhere where staff is friendly and professional. The space between the cars in the drive thru line was a lot, where he could be asking them to move forward so more people could fit and actually do his job. This location is also understaffed, took over 15 mins of wait in the store to get 2 iced lattes that I pre-ordered.

Ordered two drinks they both were made incorrectly. I called the store just to informed them and give them a heads up I was going to come back for them to be corrected. The manager, JOURNEY made several excuses and unfortunately not one time did she apologize. I asked for a name so that I can know who to ask for when I came back to the store, She refused to give her name. I just feel as a manager. You should be an example to your staff, and if you made a mistake like humans do, just apologize and remake the drinking, it was literally so simple. When I came back to the store, she laughed in the corner with another associate and of course she didn’t even acknowledge nor even apologize for the inconvenience. There are so many great people in that store with way better people skills.
I am very disappointed with the service provided by the manager JOURNEY and I would definitely pass that location and go to the next one.
Everyime to come in here for a mobile pick up I was 10 minutes PAST when the order says it will be done. Everyone that ordered at the counter got their coffee and left before I got mine. VERY frustrating since pickup is supposed to be grab n go.
