I Came in Today for My Regular Refresher and Dream Bar (I Love The Dream Bars), Anywho, The Manager was just so Polite and Friendly (I believe her name was, Brittany)… She Was so Inviting!!! I Haven’t Experienced That Kind of Customer Service in a LONG TIME!!! She was Absolutely Amazing!!! Thank You So Much, Brittany, for Making Small Moment, So Pleasant!!!
I come here literally daily. Love the food, drinks, and service. My only suggestion - please let me finish my sentence before you start repeating my order back to me. I’m not done. lol but serious.
I came in on a super busy Saturday and the supervisor on duty, Journey, was absolutely crushing it. The line was long, but you could really see how hard she was working — literally ripping and running around the store while still keeping things organized and flowing smoothly. Her team seemed to really respect her and everything still moved pretty well despite the rush.
