We order from here quite a bit and we generally like the food but there may be some issues with service and order fulfillment. Today we put in a takeout order and there were quite a few problems. My wife ordered 2x broccoli and I ordered 1x broccoli and neither came with any broccoli at all. Also, the beef was near inedible as it was almost all fat. The order was also missing the sauce we ordered and that typically comes with the meal. The receipts on the sides of the food containers were correct, so it wasn't a website or ordering problem. Hopefully this was just a one time issue.UPDATE: Tried the food again and the "steak" order contained no steak at all (see photo). Not a single scrap. We also did not receive the extra hot sauce we ordered for the 2nd visit in a row. Something has definitely changed recently. I reached out by email to the company to see what was going on and still no response. Sort reviews by recent. They are not good over the last couple months. This place used to be pretty good.

Ordered pick up yesterday for lunch, i gave service and atmosphere 5 because i sent a coworker to pick up the food so i can’t speak on the service or establishment. However the food was not good at all. I ordered the zucchini noodles with chicken broccoli mushroom and bean sprouts with their garlic, ginger, soy sauce . Absolutely no flavor meat was flavorless, veggies were soggy , so soggy that the bottom of the container was seconds from tearing apart. For 24 dollar lunch i expected a much better bowl.

I ordered pick up from Urban Wok for the first time yesterday. I placed my order directly through their website, but when I got there, they told me they didn't receive it and that they would work on it.After waiting for 15 to 20 minutes, I was handed my order without an apology for the inconvenience.When I got home, my order was wrong, and all the extra things that I had added and paid for were not there. It was a good number of things.I called the store, and someone picked up, I mentioned my concerns, and the employee was willing to issue a refund.Then, the manager showed up and only asked to refund the items that were not added. Again, without an apology.As far as the food goes, it's actually not very good or healthy, it's oily and the flavor seems to be coming from sauces and what not off the shelve.I will not be going back here, and I do not recommend this place.There was literally no one at the store when I went to pick up my order.

Counter service, you get served by a robot. It’s cute, you order off an iPad thing. No human contact really. The place is small and it’s super quiet, would recommend some music in the background and maybe more seating, it seems more like a pick up and go place but has seats. Would go again, food is on point!

The food here is so salty. It taste like brine. It was the worst meal I’ve had in a long time. This is not worth your money. Keep your money to yourself. This place is horrible..

I was there two days prior brought a friend back because I thought it was good and decent portion of food. But was really disappointed on the second night. The second night the food was not good. My meal totaled $25 and the container was only half full. I asked where was the rest of the food. Felt a bit ripped. It just didn't taste that very good. I just didn't get the value for my money.

i’ve had meals here that i didn’t necessarily think the flavor was the best but today i got one that tasted great! i think it may depend on the chef or ordering the right thing. glad i gave it another chance! i would say it’s *slightly* pricy, meal comes out to about $16 typically, but a nice treat & definitely cool concept / atmosphere !

We haven't been since they reopened, so we were overdue for some good food and they didn't disappoint. My daughter made her own rice noodle dish ( no pic. She finished it ?) I tried the pineapple fried rice & dumplings w/ garlic soy ginger sauce.. Chefs Kiss.. The GM is super sweet & checked on us . Give them a try, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Price point for lunch (9.99) is great, so I really wanted to like this. Ultimately, wok cooking requires skill and experience and the texture of my chicken lacked the touch of either. Just not very good. Portion initially seems very good, but bowl was about 80% rice with small bits of veggie and chicken hiding.

Ordered lunch delivery today. How is the wonton soup only 4 oz of soup and $12? It was so salty and horrible. Don’t waste your money. The fried rice had a pungent lime taste even though I didn’t ask for lime. Tossed it.
