The food was great and the prices are reasonable. However, service was poor! The server had two tables and we ate before the 5pm crowd, and she refused to bring items back in a timely manner. At one point she took a seat behind the host desk, after we asked for a to go box.

Ate here a few weeks ago because the reviews were good, but upon arrival i realized that the 5 star reviews of this place must have never been to another Mexican restaurant before.
I started by ordering a margarita and queso. The queso and salsa are out of a can and the margarita looked and tasted like it was poured from a pre-mix bottle that you would get at Walmart with no salt or sugar rim. I ordered enchiladas suizas and they were good but the chicken was a bit dry. Overall very underwhelming experience, if you’re looking for a good Mexican restaurant go anywhere else.

The food is outstanding along with the service!
I want to take a minute to thank the owner of this resturant. I watched as “Brian” walked in, stayed right at the door and the service staff knew him personally. Brian is homeless and asked for some food and a drink - which the staff immediately said yes to. Brian exited and sat outside while the service team prepared food and a drink.
Thank you for allowing me and my daughter to see this act of kindness. While I believe Brian is a regular - the staff was not dismissive and treated him with kindness and respect!

Best Mexican food I have had. Definitely will be back when we visit the south again! I had the king chimichanga with shrimp and my husband had it with steak. We both had to take leftovers home. Our bill was $31.
Food was delicious, nice size plates without breaking the bank! Combination plates were a hit! King chimichanga was huge! Not that big inside, but doable for a party of 6.
