Without a doubt the best lunch spot in Brunswick! The menu is full of fresh and local food, and has a number of vegetarian and vegan options to choose from. Plus there practically as many specials each day as there are regular menu items.

Love this place! The food is always fresh and good size portions. My girls Amanda and Lily are the BEST and always take care of me. My favorite is the arugula, beet and goat cheese salad with salmon. I don’t know what Tanya does to that salmon but it’s the best I’ve ever had! My husband loves the roast beef panini. I also love the curry chicken salad croissant, the Rueben, and the smoked salmon and egg salad sandwich. I know there are other good things on the menu and I’ll make myself try them some day. OH ….and if they have the lemon cupcakes when you’re there….do yourself a favor and get them to warm you one up.

We were on I 95 near Brunswick and saw A Moveable Feast came highly recommended! We were not disappointed. Cute little place with friendly staff and the food was fresh clean and yummy ! We tried their coconut lemongrass soup with a half chicken wrap, Reuben sandwich with coleslaw and a freshly baked lemon cupcake with vanilla ice cream - all were delicious!
