Nearly a half an went by from when I pulled up to the drive thru until I paid for and received my food. It seemed only the one woma n was working and doing it all. Come Arby's get off your wallet and pay the he up a decent wage and then maybe people will come work there.

Went once already this week order was messed up and go back tonight as well and people are not very friendly. They hand you your food and slam the window shut. No thank or anything and I said thank you. That has happened twice this week. Don't think I will be going back.

Went inside not one person in line I walk up stand at the counter and watch the MOD steady pack for drive thru. He looked at me did not acknowledge me at all. The service today is terrible. No hey how ya doing or thank you have a good day. Be glad I wasn't a secret shopper because that would have been a very low score. A customer needs to feel appreciated just like an employee.

Friendly and capable staff. No troubles with my Service Dog. Be sure to ring bell on way out. Watch the entrance from the road, steep angle, come at an angle to avoid scraping.
Everything was great, employees were very friendly, store was super clean..food was delicious but I got the half pound roaat beed and the meat was just not there like when I normally get that. Why 4 out of 5.
