Bad calzone. Ordered a small calzone, figuring the medium must be massive at $19, and I was expecting about the amount of food as their personal pizza. They didn’t put a few slices in the top of the dough, so it blew up like a puffer fish. It was definitely a tiny calzone with not enough cheese inside relative to the dough. The marinara was watery. I am used to being able to scoop marinara with a fork, but this was the consistency of a thin soup.
The gyro was generous in portion, but the gyro meat was sort of slimy, like it had been pan fried in oil or something?
Overall, definitely wouldn’t go back. I’d say it’s acceptable drunk late night food, but they close too early for that. Darn shame too, as the wood fired oven was why we thought to try it!

Solid pizza place! We visited during our stay on Jekyll Island. After quickly realizing the island restaurants weren't looking to impress anyone, we decided to travel inland for dinner. The medium pizza was the perfect size for a family of 4 and the food came quick. We ordered spaghetti and didn't find it worth ordering again.
