Amazing! So Authentic! Great prices. My burrito was super stuffed! I could only eat half now, half later. The green sauce is always my favorite! But both red & green come with your order. The pinto beans were great, not salty & made fresh. It had avocado. It was so many great flavors going on. The pics was different than most places I've had but it was great. Clean food. I appreciate that. Atmosphere is HYPE. Loud music but totally fun. They have a secondary room area where it may be less loud but they have patio seating which is nice & quiet. Its a beautiful restaurant. Service-top notch. Helpful employees. Not fast food! But good food isn't always quick. Its worth the wait. Lunch time is busy ofcourse. They have glass bottle drink options, also drinks in a bucket (not sure what that was). The Mexican coke is $3.95/bottle.

Me and my roommates were out running errands one day and trying to find somewhere to eat that wasn’t too expensive and also relatively close to us. We came across barrio tacos online and decided to stop there. The atmosphere when you walk in feels nice and welcoming. There are cute decorations on the wall and little tables and bars to sit inside. The staff was very nice and helpful with the menu. I ordered 3 quesabirria tacos, my roommates got a quesadilla and three different types of tacos. Our food came out relatively quickly, like a couple minutes after sitting down, and it was delicious. My three quesabirria tacos were amazing, the meat was very tender, juicy, and it was very flavorful. My roommates also enjoyed their meals a lot. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in town.

Hello! I am Justin Beverley and on October 14th, I tried a Mexican (taco based) restaurant named Barrio Tacos in Brunswick GA. It is located at3601 Altama Ave, Brunswick, GA 31520, right across from the school! Me and myself ordered three chorizo (mexican sausage) tacos, strawberries and cream, and horchata. The location is great and was very easy to find. Right across the street from the college and in a shopping center. It also has a flashy “backyard party” vibe in the front of it with a colorful side and front. This is the kind of place that you can sit down to eat, or take it outside and eat it on the tailgate of your truck with friends. The kind of food is basically street tacos along with other fast and delicious street Mexican staples. The tacos I had were far from dry and were packed with flavor. I do not recommend the red salsa you receive unless you can handle spice very well. With the prices being very reasonable (my meal with three tacos, a large horchata, and a dessert was only $18.00) and the food being packaged in a way where you can take it anywhere and grab it any time. This all paired with the vibes of the inside and outside, khaki shorts and crocs are preferred. With the atmosphere of the place and the traditional Mexican music playing, this is definitely made for young crowds who want cheap, fast, great food while they hang out or Mexican families who want to feel and get a taste of home. The service was fast and amazing. The menu was easy to navigate but they were very fast to answer any questions. I believe due to the vibe they are wanting to give along with the speed they want the food out, The menu was definitely on the smaller end, but each thing on it fit the vibe of the place perfectly. They are open from 10:30am to 10:00pm every day and have just one menu that is more of a lunch/diner thing. If you can not tell from the review so far, I thoroughly enjoyed myself along with the experience! I would 100% go again and I would love to bring my wife. Me and her both love tacos and we have driven all the way to Jesup before to try some good ones. It feels nice knowing one is down the road. I would love for every experience at a restaurant to be this great, I just loved the great food with fast and friendly service. I would more than likely review this place on google along with the many other people who have and feel the same. I hope they find this possible review to be encouraging. This place was great!

Barbacoa tacos were delicious. Horchata was fantastic as well. I tried the Barbacoa, Steak, and Carnitas tacos. Barbacoa was the best in my opinion. Loaded with flavor! Cup of corn was just as delicious. Will definitely be back.
