EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE IS SO NICE. Every time I go through the drive through everyone is so kind and nice. Especially that 7 am shift.

I waited almost an hour for my food. People who came in after us got our food. We went up to ask about our food and they said they were just now seeing our ticket but we had ordered an hour ago. When we got our food they forgot some stuff. I had a terrible experience. My expectations were not met, I thought this burger king trip would take 20 minutes instead it took over an hour. Absolutely disappointed ☹️ .
Actually no stars. Unfortunately terrible. My points were redeemed for a free sandwich and the manager refused to give it to me.
