Why do you have things on your menu online if you don’t serve them?
My husband order fiery chicken fries… you said you don’t have them anymore. Which is funny because it’s on the Burger King instagram…
Also. You gave my kid an apple juice with no straw. And it’s kinda hard to drink a juice box with no straw.
Also. Whoever was at the window tonight 3/25/24 at 6pm was horribly rude and short. Then again it’s fast food and I don’t expect much. Standards are literally in the dirt.

You know how incompetent you gotta be to not know how to follow specified directions on making a double hamburger? And the fries were bland and dry. Order was messed up all while they yelling and playing at the window. It's like hairnets, gloves, and uniforms don't exist to these fast food workers anymore. I am appalled.

Went to this burger king for lunch and ordered a mushroom swiss burger.
The cook pulled the meat patties out of a drawer and put the mushrooms and cheese on it and served it.
The burger was stone-cold. I'm not one to complain but I will not be returning..

I was hoping that when they remodeled they rehired and got their company back on track. Burger King has a good item, but it’s the worst you could imagine it. This location is not room temperature chicken nuggets so old my dog wouldn’t need them for customer service they need robots to build do a better job than the people that work here.

No one knew what they were doing. Girl had hair so long and not put up all around food.Nuggets were not cooked all the way.It was just a diaster.Cook wanted to say my food was in the bag but it wasnt.I just cannot put up with this.Not worth the money at all.
