I went here for the first time at this location. I sat in the drive thru for 25 minutes!!!!! Only one car was ahead of me! It was awful!!! I must say the cashier was a little friendly he did apologize.

I honestly forgot this place even existed. It looks a little sketchy on the outside but the vibes are vibing on the inside. The staff were very polite, the food was hot and fresh and served quickly. Prices are good!

Brunswick Georgia workers are rude and will not answer the drive thru their uniforms are nasty when we pulled to window .. the shirt was nasty and no apron..and she had her cell phone in her hand.. she was so rude would just left cause it was clear that she didn’t want to work!!

The wait in the drive thru was 25 minutes and there was only one car ahead of me. There were no cars in the parking lot which makes me think no one was inside. I ordered the shrimp and fish dinner. I got 2 shrimp and 3 pieces of fish. The menu says 6 shrimp and 2 pieces of fish. The shrimp were the size of a quarter.

Not blaming workers but only had 2 people working, waited over 30 minutes for carry out order, only 5 other people there, inside below average in cleanliness, food sucked. Not fresh & no taste to it. Corn dried out, crab cakes dry not sure they even had any crab, small shrimp hard, hush puppies no flavor. I will never eat at another one again. I used to love eating here, but it’s been years. Never again. I’m 30 miles north of there & I was told I’d have to return to store bringing back food & would be reimbursed. No I'm not driving that far back & through the food in the dumpster already. I evacuated from Florida & had enough of traffic & traveling. $35 down the drain

The dark skin woman that work drive-thru has gotta go. I can see I’m not the only one who is having issue with her so why she is still there is beyond me. She had the most attitude when she overcharged me because she didn’t know what she was doing.

Wow. I posted to Corporate site and manager did contact us. I was more concerned for the other Senior citizens. The staff outbursts at each other were highly disruptive and the bathrooms needed a good cleaning. Manager said he would review staff training in concerned areas. We'll go back in a few months to see if anything has changed.
