The AI voice on the intercom at the drive thru makes you really not even want to come here anymore! It is not personable, it’s pushy, and it’s creepy! DO BETTER!!! I know this location is owned by some rich people from SSI but still!!!

I have never had problems with this checker's like I did at 7 pm this evening. I did a mobile order for my sister and myself like we have plenty of times and no problems. So we get there to the carry out window and waited about 5 minutes. While we were waiting, the cashier stared directly at us a few times and proceeded to lean across the counter without even coming to the window to give us our food. My sister gets out and knocks on the drive thru window. The girl still looks over at us while still not coming to the window. Finally after my sister knocked 5 times, a man came to the window. Claimed to be a manager but was unprofessional and unapologetic. We got our food without so much as I'm sorry for the wait or even a thank you. Of course we checked over everything and two orders of fries were left out. So unfortunately, she has to knock on the window again to bring ignored. Finally a nicer man (couldn't get his name as none of the employees wear name tags) gave us the rest of our food and said thank you. So thanks to this man for showing us customer service. I am not a racist person, but I felt like we (2 white females) were being racially profiled because both of the negative employees were African American. They just saw two females who didn't matter because all we wanted was our food. Needless to say, we won't be back if this is how your business treats its paying customers...

Used the drive thru. The order is taken by an obnoxiously slow and irritating automated voice. Then I took nearly 25 minutes to get from the menu to the window. Food was not fresh.

Checkers' food is okay, fries are great. Drive thru/parking is pretty cramped, and they have this AI drive thru answerer, but it's very accurate and has never messed up my order

I came around maybe 10pm? Got through pretty quickly. The young lady working the drive through was helpful. I didn't quite care for the AI drive thru thing but it worked pretty well. I asked the window to reread it to me and they heard chili cheese frys and not fully loaded but I am soft spoken and sometimes get nervous when it's something new so I can take that as user error. They were able to fix it and my order was hot and fresh, burger was big and fluffy like the photos! No photos because I smashed that as soon as I got home
We were on a road trip and stopped by Checkers for some lunch since we don't have a lot of those around us. I ordered a combo meal of the chicken box bites, and it was like $6 for some chicken bites, fries, and a drink, which I thought was a super good price. For some reason, it didn't come with sauce, but we also didn't ask for sauce so I think that was on me. However, the chicken bites really can hold their own without any sauce. The french fries are amazing and Checkers fries are my favorite fast food fries because of their seasoning and crispiness. The person working was super nice! Our food came out within a few minutes which was great and impressive for four people ordering meals. All in all, we had a great experience here and would highly recommend this location.
