We've been to a lot of CFAs in many states because it's our go-to place when traveling but we've never had such a special experience as we had at breakfast at this one today. Everyone was kind, helpful, pleasant but Olga was absolutely delightful! We know we can count on good food at CFA - the bonus is being treated so kindly. It's a rare thing nowadays.

INCREDIBLY slow service. We typically look forward to CFA as a quick pitstop w the kiddos but here it took 40min to get our food alone! Slowest CFA we've visited, I wish I listened to the other reviews doh... Food was good once we finally got it at least.

I had a free reward for a strawberry drink which I redeemed. The drink was fine and had an interesting flavor combination. I might get it again with a combo meal, but I'll probably simply stick with the diet lemonade.

25 minutes to get a milkshake that I ordered in advance. That’s 25 minutes after I got to the restaurant, not after I ordered. They had plenty of time. Then they tried to blame me saying I didn’t click on the app that had arrived at the restaurant. Then they hand me the shake and the label says on it “ARRIVED”. So my melted shake was sitting back there while they ignored me. Wildly basic task for them and they failed it miserably.

Food was delicious as expected but the location was hidden way too far off I-95 and drive through was disorganized! 2 lane walk thru that was channeled to one lane and staff seemed scattered and distracted in line.

I was incredibly nitpicky with what I was served because I work at the Mullings Crossing CFA. I can't complain about what I got. However, you got my order slightly wrong. You gave me tomatoes when I requested TWICE for no tomatoes. That AND I didn't get six pickles when I requested extra pickles 2x. Extra pickles 1x is supposed to be two extra pickles equalling four pickles. So, I should've gotten four extra pickles when I requested 2x extra pickles. The fries also weren't salted enough. I understand it's sorta common for the fries to be under salted, but at the Mullings Crossing CFA, we make sure all of our fries are top quality.Kid-friendliness: No kid play place.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Today we stopped by Chick fil A after a trip to the beach. We went through the drive thru. I was surprised. The drive thru was not as busy as I expected. Our food for 4 was not ready when we got to the window but it didn’t take much longer.

Parking: The 2 lane drive thru is a bit difficult for larger vehicles. The lanes are very small.

45 minutes in line and we didn't even get all our food. This is the worst chickfila I have ever been to. And when we went back to get the missing items they told us no! A ten count mini is ELEVEN dollars!!!

I’ve been to many a Chick-fil-A and this is by far the very worst. It was as if no-one was in charge. The wait time was over 40 minutes AFTER ordering. The staff had no pep in their step and didn’t warn customers of the wait rime. One of the two cashiers went on break in the middle of a cluster f. There were about thirty people standing and waiting. Do better operator. Edit: When we finally got our food it was our four drinks, a fry and a mac and cheese. Told them we had more. They came back out a few minutes later with a giant bag of food. I knew from the happy meal it wasn’t ours. I gave it back b/c I would have felt bad denying someone else their order. They took my receipt to the back and another five minutes later they bring me the same giant bag insisting it was mine. I rummaged through and saw four sandwiches and my name on one… Once we got on the interstate and staring distributing the food we realized there were two orders in the bag. Ours and Walker’s. We ended up with four extra sandwiches, fries, mac and cheese, and a kids meal. All that is going to waste as we drive six more hours home. Sorry, Walker. This was all at 3 pm on a Saturday.
