They have clearly made an effort to make the inside presentable, I called in some sweet and sour chicken and a large chicken fried rice, it was ready 10 minutes, no trouble ordering and the lady at the counter was friendly. Much to my surprise, the portions were absurdly large so yay. No weird flavors or ingredients detected.
Price was not horrible.

Best Chinese restaurant in the whole Golden Isles area. Fresh ingredients, great vegetables. We drive 20 minutes to get there and it is so worth it! We relocated here from the northeast 2 years ago, and China Panda is better than any we had there! Great moo shu pork!
