Absolute trash... This location is an embarrassment to the Chipotle brand. Nearly every time I go (couple times a week) they are out of multiple ingredients or meat. Have had to wait 40 minutes for them to cut up the chicken. The employees are rude and dont care about customer service or even doing their job correctly.

We had a great experience here. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure our orders were perfect. While there was an error with the bill, they handled the correction promptly and efficiently after the fact, which we really appreciated. Plus, the food was quite good!

This might very well be the worst chipotle in the history of mankind. there’s a 100% chance if you walk in here, there’s gonna be a combination of no rice, steak, chicken, carne asada, or all of the above, in the entire establishment. This is the 3rd day in a row that there has been 0 protein available.

I never thought I'd be giving a Chipotle a bad review. I love Chipotle. I've eaten at Chipotles in multiple cities across several states. But this one in Brunswick? It's as if they don't care.
I wanted a steak burrito. Nope. Out of steak with over 2 hours until they closed, and the grill looked shut down for the night. And this is a frequent problem at this location. One time it happened right at the beginning if the evening dinner rush. How do you not have everything topped off at the beginning of the dinner rush. Again, they just don't care.
Eat at Chipotle - it's great food. Just don't waste your time in this one.

The rice wasn't fully cooked and the over food was ths worst that I have ever had from Chipotle.
Sat over 20 minutes for an order I placed before I even arrived to the restaurant! Staff repeatedly recognized I didn’t receive my order had no urge to make it. Mobile ordering isn’t convenient at this location. This is the second time

We won’t be back. Not only because we live out of state but also because the staff is rude and the food is terrible.
Both rooms are dirty. Trash cans are full. The serving table is nasty. I wouldn’t recommend.

Absolutely the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Food is old, cold, crusty, not properly cooked or seasoned. Scraping the bottom of the bins during dinner time. Poor management, staff that doesn't care to do the minimum. Consistently out of key menu items: no fajita peppers, no salad dressing, no lettuce, no barbacoa, no sofritas, no iced tea..... chips are stale, guacamole is brown and flavorless. Staff excuses varying from "the day shift didn't prep it" to "the truck hasn't delivered it". It's always someone else's fault. We love Chipotle, but this location is consistently awful. Very disappointing.
