We were on a road trip and stopped at this Cookouts for our first time I asked for a double chocolate shake and it was mostly vanilla with maybe a sprinkle of chocolate. My son ordered a burger with some toppings and it was missing two toppings and one of them that we were even charged for. We asked for our drinks to have no ice and we had to have them remake them since they were full of ice and almost no soda. It was almost like the lady taking our order was not listening to us. Fries were over cooked and the onion rings are undercooked. Definitely not up to the standards we have had at other Cookouts.

I use to love cookout went tonight my walking taco taste like led and was uneatable. So I drove back even though it was far from my house gave them another chance to remake. Same results I'm so disappointed ☹️😔 I am not driving way back neither so y'all just got free money. I will not be returning I have kids my money is not to be just taking.

We love this cookout! We are from out of town and have stopped here a few times as we do not have a Cook Out where we live. The staff are always very friendly and I enjoy talking with them. The food always comes out hot and yummy. The prices are great for the value you get.

Stopped in on our way home from vacation. Didn’t notice until after we left that have an 89 health rating. All 4 cookout trays were wrong. Woman kept interrupting when we were ordering. Ants on the table. I feel like cookout has the simplest food, how can you get the orders so unbelievably wrong. And multiple people inside had wrong orders. Don’t stop here if you’re passing by. You’ll be there forever and order will be wrong anyway.
