We were on a road trip and stopped at this Cookouts for our first time I asked for a double chocolate shake and it was mostly vanilla with maybe a sprinkle of chocolate. My son ordered a burger with some toppings and it was missing two toppings and one of them that we were even charged for. We asked for our drinks to have no ice and we had to have them remake them since they were full of ice and almost no soda. It was almost like the lady taking our order was not listening to...

We love this cookout! We are from out of town and have stopped here a few times as we do not have a Cook Out where we live. The staff are always very friendly and I enjoy talking with them. The food always comes out hot and yummy. The prices are great for the value you get.

We always have such a great experience at this Cook Out. The staff is always so friendly, the food is fast and tastes great, and (since it is usually our stop while traveling) the bathroom is always clean. We get a good bit of food at a very reasonable price. I personally don't care for hushpuppies, but they are delicious at Cook Out. I think it is their sweetness that makes them so good.
It is so nice to go into an establishment where the people are friendly...
