Ordered pickup/curbside. Very timely, polite employee delivered, food was exactly as ordered-still warm by the time I got it home! Great service!

Ladies bathroom was disgusting. Whoever cleans it doesn't know what they're doing. Especially the sinks and fixtures.
Biscuits were doughy (in mouth) and fried scrambled had been sitting too long and wasn't crunchy.
Big pet peeve....we were there from approximately 1:30-2:30 thinking we were getting early bird prices but they don't start the special until 4pm.

Food was great as always! The waitress, cashier, and hostess all didn’t seem to care that they were in a customer service job. I don’t know if it was because it was early on a Sunday morning, or if they are like this all the time.

Our waitress was one of the best waitresses we have ever had including all restaurants we have gone to. Lao food came out quickly and hot the way we asked.

If you bring a service animal, they ask for papers proving such. That’s not allowed. Do better.

We were seated in the very back, nobody was in that section. Watched 2 other families be seated and immediately got a server. Our server met us as we were getting up leaving. Worst service I have ever had at a Cracker Barrel. I will NEVER stop at this one again.
