Barbara was a horrible server. Simply asked her about the change in pancake size and she was rude and had a horrible customer service. Walked off while I was talking will not be returning.

Do not eat here late in the day. My wife got food poisoning. I got a baked potato, and it was overcook.

I think that our waitress was overwhelmed by the amount of tables she was given. She was very sweet but we had to ask for several things to be brought to us.

They were out if the daily special at 5pm and corn bread. When I went to pay the check the woman at the register couldn't get our check to work and we had to wait 15 minutes for a manager to fix the problem and let us leave. Very frustrating for a quick stop that took
Almost an hour and a half.

The definition of crazy is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. While traveling we stop at different locations because my husband likes the pancakes. I however have issues. My scrambled eggs were overcooked, hard and dry. Hashbrown casserole has so much potential but never fails to disappoint. Server was attentive but did not seem very happy. 2 stars on the food because the bisquits and gravy was good and my husbands pancakes were good.

All Cracker Barrels need to do a better job of keeping the tables and floors clean. Nothing worse than being sat at a table and have food, napkins and other stuff scattered on the floor under the table.

For this store, the table had been "wiped" but still had crumbs on top as did the chairs and the floor below.

Of the 5 people at the table, 2 ordered pancakes, which were cold upon delivery. The server did a good job of taken them back, but it did take longer than expect to get new. These were hot, but by this time, everyone else had finished their lunches.

When I went to choose my veggie sides to go with my meal they were out of Corn and Broccoli. Is there a shortage on Broccoli that I’m not aware of. 2 CB that has been out of it in 2 different states 🤣

worst service ever Took forever to get food then server did not bring food for one person in the party and obviously did not put the order in Checking out with rewards and special e mail was a disaster Things in shop that were on sale were not coming up on sale on register and You had to watch your bill to catch things

Stopped in for a late lunch yesterday. Had several issues when we went in for dinner before Christmas.( With our food). But we had an awesome server and the manager made everything right. Decided to try again yesterday. Husband had the pot roast with mashed potatoes and gravy and corn. Said it was very bland. No seasoning at all. His sweet tea was not sweet. I had chicken tenders with fries and Mac and cheese. Mac and cheese bland. Fries overcooked. Ranch and honey mustard sauce tasted sour. Only saw our server long enough to take our orders. Bring a box and the bill. Had to ask another server for refills on our drinks.
