Stopped in while traveling at around 1:30pm on a Saturday. Nearly empty of guests and seemingly overstaffed on servers. Took over 10 minutes to have a server greet us. A lot of idle conversations happening in and around the kitchen. Order missing items which was verbally acknowledged by the server but was never resolved despite reminding the server twice. The server never owned it or apologized with any sort explanation. Manager stopped by to see how things were going long enough to pitch 25% off Mothers Day candles in the shop. The trash cans in the lobby and the parking lot were all overflowing. Not huge on leaving reviews online but I’m taking exception in this case…hopefully the feedback will give management the push to re-evaluate their service model and training.

My first time coming and I absolutely had a great time!!! It's a different vibe from what I'm used to, but I loved it!!! Everyone was so kind and polite. The food was delicious, and the drinks were amazing. It's a fun experience eating and getting to shop as well. I never wanted to leave!!!

This is the dirtiest cracker barrel I have ever been in even the bathroom was dirty and the silverware was dirty I was shocked at the overall run down look of this place .won't go back to this place anytime soon. I stop at cracker barrels all the time I have never experienced one this run down.
