Very upset that I drove almost an hour to get a tres leches cake and I get there and the girl tells me one hour and it will be ready. Well I leave and come back over an hour only to be told it was going to he later today. If I hadn't been told a specific time it would be no big deal but I drove that 40 miles every single Saturday to this store to get cookies and have been looking forward to this cake all week. This is definitely going to halt my patronage to this location.

Attention: The young lady that waited on me she was wonderful but the young man that came in from the back he came in with a cell phone in his hand. Probably the same cell phone that he takes in the restroom with him. Probably the same cell phone that he sits on every counter or every place outside when he's smoking a cigarette and he had on gloves and he immediately went over and started making someone's order. That is disgusting and that should be addressed with all the employeesFood safe or food safety should be taught to all employees. Cross-contamination is no telling what his cell phone had on thatPlease management speak to your staff and address this. They should not be touching their cell phones and they're making someone's order

Customer service could have been better. She didn’t greet, she just stood there waiting on us to tell our order without a hi or anything & they just picked up cookies without spatula that was sitting right there on baking sheet
