I ordered a peanut buster parfait and it was horrible. I felt like they dumped a teaspoon of salt in every layer of ice cream, chocolate and peanuts. The further I got down to the bottom I thought it would get better but no...everything tasted like salt. The next day my eyes, hands and feet were so puffy! I don't recommend ordering the peanut butter parfait!

How does a dairy queen run out of whipped cream?!?!?! I should give you guys 1 star for that. Lucky the ice cream was still banging without whipped cream.

Ice cream machine has been broken at least twice in the past month and they don’t tell you until after you order and wait at least 20 minutes. Card machine also breaks often.There is also an unusually greasy feel to all the food this location. Not so much at the other one. Please go to the other Dairy Queen, not this one.

Their ice cream machine was broken evidently. They said they could make a blizzard.
We literally burned our hands getting the sandwiches out of the bag. We called and told them how extremely hot they were. Had to leave the sandwiches laying on the middle console 😭😭

There were no problems with service or the blizzard, they were great, however I got the fries and they were definitely using oil that had been overheated and should have been changed a looong time ago. They had that burnt oil bitter rancid after taste which in addition to tasting awful can make you sick

June 14 2025 at approximately 2050 hours I did not ask for anything to be changed or do anything to cause your cashier to yell get the eff on out the window as I was driving off. I sincerely do not appreciate being yelled at when I did nothing. Please review your cameras and I will be back in to follow up on this.
