Went to this DQ at 8:30 pm on a Monday. The manager (little short girl covered in tattoos) was breaking the ice cream machine down already. I asked if they’re open until 11:00 and she said “ ya but I got another job to go to”! I said DQ is where people go to get ice cream and you shouldn’t be breaking down the machine at 8:30. She ranted on with some more nonsense. We left, as did two other customers. Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible attitude by the manager! The service is always terrible here that’s why we rarely go.

Use the drive thru. Don't go inside. Service is always slow because the staff always seem to prioritize doordash and drive thru over front counter and will ignore people waiting in line for 5+ minutes at a time. Waits are long. It's rarely clean in the dining area. Food is usually good. I've gotten a few cones and blizzards that were very messy. Staff has usually been nice otherwise.

UPDATE: Went back 2 weeks later and nothing changed. Super long wait inside, poor service at the register. Drive thru experience is fine and their food is good, it's just the inside experience sucks.

However, the burger was not. I ordered a triple cheese burger meal and the patties were hard and seemed old.

Messiest cone I’ve ever had. The guy who handed it to me had chocolate dripping from his hands like it was his first time dipping a cone. I’m just sad I couldn’t get a pic of the cone when he handed it to me because I was too busy cleaning chocolate off of everything with the one napkin I got.

We got to Dairy Queen alot. My mother in law loves the sundaes. Not every time we go are the employees friendly, especially at the drive thru. But tonight, a young man named Curtis was working the window. He was very attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. If I was still in the work force, I'd recruit him immediately. Thank you, Curtis! Keep up that great attitude, it'll take you far in life.

Just say that the service every single time is terrible. The attitude from the MANAGER little short girl full of tattoos is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. She rolls her eyes and grabs her head like if your order is a problem or rocket science. Then to top it off look at how they gave me this blizzard half assed job.

Visited on Father's Day after a beach trip. The woman working the cash register, a heavier Caucasian lady went above and beyond. I wish I would have gotten her name. She was patient, kind, and brought us everything correctly. There was 6 of us and we all got a lot so I was very impressed.
