This is the worst staff I’ve ever seen. They close 20 minutes early every night and stop serving ice cream 30 minutes before closing consistently. Trash attitude and they can’t even keep the place clean. Wild.

We’ve been great fans of Dairy Queen for years, so our experience with this Dairy Queen was a tremendous disappointment! I ordered the new Peppermint Bark Blizzard and not only was there little to no taste of peppermint, there were hardly any chocolate or ‘peppermint’ pieces even in it! On top of that the ice cream was very soft, quickly became soupy and was grainy to boot! No wonder the server didn’t turn the blizzard upside down to serve it!! We were very, very unhappy!!

I was so excited to get Dairy Queen tonight.
Unfortunately the Oreo cheesecake blizzard I ordered was not correct. The Oreo was accurate, but instead of cheesecake pieces, they gave me sugar cookie pieces. Very disappointing. They also didn’t do the traditional turn it upside down to show how thick it was. This location needs to do better or train their staff better.

App and website says drive thru closes @11pm but employees decide when they close

TERRIBLE SLOW service..
28 minutes for 3 mini Blizzard's..

I usually only go to dairy Queen to buy blizzards I stopped at this one order small Oreo blizzard only the top layer of ice cream in Oreos in it it was not mixed at all so basically I got a cup of vanilla ice cream with Oreos on top obviously someone he didn't know how to blend it Right.. I thought I might give this place a second chance but now I'm regretting it I'll just have to stop at the other one.

Went to the drive through at 9:50 and was told very rudely that they were closed. Terrible service don’t go to this Dairy Queen.

Was so exited to have ice cream about 9:55pm at night TONIGHT. However I driven into the drive through and immediately got told “We’re closed.”
One, they close at 11PM!!!!!! Two, whoever was on the other side of the speaker was so rude about it! Don’t recommend.

The drive thru was pretty nice. I also asked about the customary flipping the ice cream but they stated that this location does not do it anymore due to their machines. So honestly I don't get why the other reviews dont ask instead of giving them a bad review 😅. But I do love the girl in the window, she's very nice.

Ordered a drink only.

Ice cream melted. I purchased a medium and small blizzard along with a banana split. Everything was soupy and had to be thrown away. They handed me everything so quickly without the customary upside down cup turn. I was very disappointed for the first time ever. Friday night late night dessert disaster.

sure loved their new blizzard i got off of doordash, the chocolate soup blizzard and paired with ice cold onion rings with luke warm pretzal sticks makes for a good night of being moody and disappointed in life
