I did an app order and accidentally did pick up inside instead of drive-thruI was not able to get out of the car that day and the guy did not want to give me my order unless I walked in. I asked for my order to be canceled but I never got my money back. These people are rude. Sorry I was too sick to go inside and looking out for your safety. Turns out I had pneumonia, I will never go back to this place.

Ada and Randy were absolutely amazing!! Ada was getting food and extremely helpful and polite. Randy was taking orders and it was his first day!! He did GREAT!! It’s about time this location has some real customer service!! I feel it’s been years since anyone working here has cared!! Hopefully their customer service rolls onto the entire staff!!

We ordered six blizzards, a cheeseburger, and a strawberry sundae. We could barely tell one blizzard from another. There was no stuff except what was right on top. The ice cream wasn't even up to the top of the cup. There was only a hint of strawberry syrup on the sundae. The ice cream was melty and too whipped. We sent what was supposed to be the chocolate brownie extreme back asking for them to put some stuff in it. They brought it back the same way. I would have sent them all back, but we were in a hurry. The cheeseburger was actually pretty good though.

ordered bbq sauce wings 6 piece only got on ranch cup barely even filled they threw napkins on top of wings so i couldn’t use them they were covered in sauce wings were still cold in middle fries were rubbery only decent thing was the ranch dressing. Sauce was smeared all inside the box and
