I always order the sweet pepper snackin bacon and they always give me dry plain bacon that I spent over $3 on. After I leave I find it and call. They always reply “you have to tell us you want the seasoning on it” even though the app doesn’t give you an option to order plain bacon. You can only order “sweet black pepper snackin’ bacon.” Only using the other location from now on as this is the only one I have had an issue with.

It’s normally always slow there I’m assuming to low staff. I love Dukin so much but my drink is never the same one day it’s good and the next 3 it’s terrible. The food is always cold and stale and the hot coffee is always burnt.

This Dunkin Donuts is super dirty, blackmold bathroom. The employees here are rude and didn't want me to use an outlet. Did not feel comfortable buying anything, because tables and booth were dirty. They judge homeless people, but a homeless person off the streets is cleaner than this Dunkins Donuts location.

Arrived with 15 teenagers all with their own orders, the staff were very patient and attentive to our orders. Everything came out quick and correct. Very appreciative of the staff at this location!

This place is dirty and has awful customer service. All of the staff is holding up the countertop leaning against it if a person opened another Dunkin’ Donuts and had good customer service and it was clean you all would be rich.

First of all, I am a dunkin girl. I ordered 2 iced coffee and 2 donuts. It took about 15 minutes to get the coffee after I had to ask if they forgot about my coffee. I walked toward the bathroom to see the guy get a cup out of the trash...yes the trash and pull the sticker off of it and put it on a cup. I asked if that was my cup and he said yes. I told him that doesn't work for me because you literally just pulled that sticker off a cup you pulled out of the trash. I told him to use a different cup, because that is nasty.The bathroom floors were sticky and nasty. I am honestly sorry we stopped in. Yuck!

Coffee is like you would expect good. But do something about the gnats at the speaker of the drive thru. You can ajust landscaping to fix issues. Place needs tlc on the outside anyway.
