I come here to get a coffee in the morning some days. And these people are always Working very hard with a small crew. Sometimes it does take some time because the crew is so small but It’s obvious they are very hard workers. Always a great coffee too

I walked in and there was 4 workers they all seen me and looked at me and they all turned their backs on me and didn’t acknowledge me in any way , no hello no hi how are you nothing ,just me standing there and the place was completely empty not even a car in the drive through I just left and went to the other one in town and they were so nice like night and day just ridiculous

I always order the sweet pepper snackin bacon and they always give me dry plain bacon that I spent over $3 on. After I leave I find it and call. They always reply “you have to tell us you want the seasoning on it” even though the app doesn’t give you an option to order plain bacon. You can only order “sweet black pepper snackin’ bacon.” Only using the other location from now on as this is the only one I have had an issue with.

It’s normally always slow there I’m assuming to low staff. I love Dukin so much but my drink is never the same one day it’s good and the next 3 it’s terrible. The food is always cold and stale and the hot coffee is always burnt.
I only eat glazed donuts and I love them. It’s my go to place. Good service

This Dunkin Donuts is super dirty, blackmold bathroom. The employees here are rude and didn't want me to use an outlet. Did not feel comfortable buying anything, because tables and booth were dirty. They judge homeless people, but a homeless person off the streets is cleaner than this Dunkins Donuts location.

I ordered on my way to the store so had already paid. Waited an hour and still left without my food. I got my coffee and it’s so nasty. Idk what it is but it just tastes like chemicals. I was trying to switch from Starbucks but feels like going from Target to the Dollar Tree.

I ordered an everything bagel lightly toasted with heavy cream cheese and other food as well, I received a plain bagel with not enough cream cheese to lightly cover the bagel. They test of the order was correct.
