My last three PREORDERED visits haven’t been done on time and I have had to wait once for well over 15 minAFTER waiting in line to get to the window, on top of that I got the wrong things, and the coffee machine clearly needed cleaned. Additionally items I would have preferred were not available on the app but were clearly available when I got there. On top of it all the only way to communicate with the company is by leaving this review. It’s disappointing and frustrating.

Coffee tastes the same each time I get it no matter who the barista is and I greatly appreciate that. Often times, at other coffee shops you order a coffee one day and the next time it’s not even close to the same taste depending on the person making it. I also love that the drive thru is fast.

Drinks are always made perfect everytime. Makinsy is the absolute sweetest!!!!!! Yall be sure to tip this girl really good!!!!!! She doesn't disappoint.

Was traveling on I-95. Placed a mobile order 45 minutes ahead of time on the app. Arrived at the scheduled time. Waited 12 to 13 minutes behind other cars just to pick up my order, which was sitting already ready. During this time, I was approached by homeless people asking me to buy coffee for them. The guy at the drive-through window was nice, and I was nice back. However, this is unreasonable. Maybe have a separate line for mobile orders or bring the mobile orders out to the people.
