Coffee tastes the same each time I get it no matter who the barista is and I greatly appreciate that. Often times, at other coffee shops you order a coffee one day and the next time it’s not even close to the same taste depending on the person making it. I also love that the drive thru is fast.
Was traveling on I-95. Placed a mobile order 45 minutes ahead of time on the app. Arrived at the scheduled time. Waited 12 to 13 minutes behind other cars just to pick up my order, which was sitting already ready. During this time, I was approached by homeless people asking me to buy coffee for them. The guy at the drive-through window was nice, and I was nice back. However, this is unreasonable. Maybe have a separate line for mobile orders or bring the mobile orders out...
I absolutely love this location!! The staff members are extremely friendly their smiles brighten my day. I love how they treat me. Also the food and drinks are amazing! The best part of my day is my visit to the Brunswick location. I wish every location could be like this but that wouldn’t make it so special.
