I go to Fancy Q almost every Thursday and I always enjoy it. It is a good choice for a quick bite to eat and has good prices if you know what to get and what is worth getting. The biggest issue is the service it is hard to get someone to your table if you need something like a drink refill or a to-go box. The cleanliness of the restaurant leaves something to be desired however it does not help where the building is located. Lastly, the service outside is touch and go sometime it is good sometimes it leaves a lot to be desired.

Fancy Q never disappoints. every time I go, I have fantastic sushi and the service is great. Drink refills come fast and you never have to wait long for your meal. Even though the small dining room can get crowded, it never seems that you have to wait long for a table. Keep up the good work guys!

The quality of the sushi wasn’t great but it also wasn’t bad. It was serviceable. The Fancy Q on the island is much better. The staff was nice and tried their best. Maybe I’ll just drive to the island next time.

The reason for this 1-star rating is due to the following:
1. The Asian female at the front desk who takes orders did not even acknowledge me and continued to do whatever she was doing. When ordering my food, she had an unpleasant attitude.
2. After receiving and eating my food, the hibachi chicken was bland, shrimp was overcooked (very soft/mush), and noodles had a wet soggy texture.
3. The quality of the food is NOT worth the price; I do not see how some people enjoy coming here. It is possibly due to them not recognizing quality food themselves.

Be careful, the teriyaki chicken was too salty to eat. We also found out that the waitresses have to give the tip to the owner. The waitresses done a great job.

Service is slow. My service was abit inattentive. I ordered the Fancy Roll and Tampa neither came with eel sauce as it was listed. It was ok.
