Out of tomatoes and the sandwich was definitely lacking. Subway is better. Not worth the money. Staff was as expected.

Never thought I would ride a bad review about any Firehouse. Took 10 minutes to place an order for three people. 20 minutes later when we ask about our food they lost our order. Give them our receipt to make the orders buy. They then give us two of the orders after 15 more minutes had passed. 10 minutes after that the third person got their order (which was mine) and in all that time they still could not even get it right they put it on wheat bread ( not ordered) that was so soggy on the bottom bun that I left it laying in my tray because it was uneditable. Your fingers would stick all the way through it to the meat time you touched it, it was gooey.

I placed a mobile order for delivery through the third party website "doordash" for our local store in Brunswick ga. Store located at 919 glynn Ave. Unfortunately the third party site shows the stores sales promotions and bogo specials on the site and presents it as if you are ordering the menu specials and then at the final stage of payment completion you discover the menu promotion you order doesn't actually apply. This may not seem like a big issue but I ordered online for bogo sandwiches so I can feed me and the kids and needed to receive the actual number of sandwiches I ordered in order to feed everyone. Unfortunately due to the bad set up of the doordash page and menu issues they ended up shorting me sandwiches even though i followed the rules and processe of ordering to the letter. Well i called the firehouse store to fix the issues and was very worried and upset I would be unable to feed my household right because of doordash and their bad company policies about refunds but the manager Brittany at my store was so very sweet and understanding helpful.

Brittany walked me through what happened and how the situation ended up arising and after hearing that it was doordash fault and mistake she still made sure to fix the order issue and make sure we received the right amount of sandwiches we ordered. She was professional and extremely helpful and if I owned a store i would consider myself extremely lucky to have an employee/ manager like her. A lot of restaurants in Brunswick could take some serious lessons from her on how to improve their level of service. The food was perfect and fresh and Brittany was impeccable with her level of service and should probably deserve a raise . Thank you to Brittany, and I really hope doordah fixes the website order issues or just remove the sale promotions option so it doesn't happen to any one else ever again.

Ordered 2 sandwiches. They put the meat on wrong type of bread, tomatoes n peppers on wrong sandwich. Asked for Chilli for the soup and received chicken noodle soup. No other customers inside and did not seem busy since it was storming really bad. Food was good and they were nice, just did not make the 2 sandwiches correct or pack correct order.

Not only was this team on the cooking line on top of it when it came to speed, but the food turned out amazing. Even the cashier realized I made a mistake and was costing myself more than I needed to spend and she corrected my order after bringing it to my attention and since these days every dollar matters, I deeply appreciate that. Will go back when passing through.
