More than half of the employees are just standing around doing nothing. Those that are “working” appear lost, like they’ve never made a sandwich before. After 25 minutes of waiting (no line or rush and after 7pm), we got our money back and left.

Spent $33 on too subs. I guess yall cant read the tickets cause my daughter doesn't want cheese and cheese was all over it and then she asked for cucumbers and she didnt get any.The overall taste of the subs wasn't good at all.Not satisfied at all.Larrys sub is much better so I will go there.

So, I tried the French Dip for the first time today and it was legit! The amount of roast beef was really good, the cheese, onions and pepper tied it together. The only problem was the amount of au jus in the cup, It wasn't enough to eat the sandwich with but it was really flavorful. What a good sandwich!

Placed an online pickup order for a medium sub. Asked for banana peppers and black olives. At the store, I was told they were out of banana peppers. Oh well, just black olives then (in addition to the normal lettuce, tomato, onions and condiments). And also checked to receive the pickles spear. Ended up with no banana peppers, no black olives, no pickle. By the time I knew, it was too late because it was a pickup order and I was already back to my destination to enjoy my meal. But there was very little joy. It also took a full 30 minutes to prepare the sandwich from the time that it was ordered until it was ready. If you're going to take that long to make a sandwich, maybe make sure the order is correct in the process.

11/20/2025.This is the second time we've come to this location recently and we've been disappointed. The first time we were told we'd have to wait for 30 - 45 minutes because of a phone in order. This time we placed our order and the drink machine was out of order for at least 15 mins. And there was no tea made. The bottled drinks were pretty much out. Such a shame bc this is one of our favorite quick serve restaurants. This will be the last time coming here. Not waiting for the third strike.

Order a sandwich with drink and they don’t even tell anyone the drink machine is broke. Then said the bottle sodas cost more. No sodas in the machine work, none. Why couldn’t that be said when ordering??? I would understand if I was told ahead of paying for a fountain drink.
