Never thought I would ride a bad review about any Firehouse. Took 10 minutes to place an order for three people. 20 minutes later when we ask about our food they lost our order. Give them our receipt to make the orders buy. They then give us two of the orders after 15 more minutes had passed. 10 minutes after that the third person got their order (which was mine) and in all that time they still could not even get it right they put it on wheat bread ( not ordered) that was so soggy...
I placed a mobile order for delivery through the third party website "doordash" for our local store in Brunswick ga. Store located at 919 glynn Ave. Unfortunately the third party site shows the stores sales promotions and bogo specials on the site and presents it as if you are ordering the menu specials and then at the final stage of payment completion you discover the menu promotion you order doesn't actually apply.
