Good food and is always fresh. Staff are very friendly and the store is pretty clean. Parking is never an issue and you can usually order pretty quickly. The only complaint I have here is they are very slow, I’m mean real slow. Like it took 35 minutes to get our food. I went to Chilies the night before and got my food faster. Not ideal if you’re going here during your lunch break or you are in a rush.
Never thought I would ride a bad review about any Firehouse. Took 10 minutes to place an order for three people. 20 minutes later when we ask about our food they lost our order. Give them our receipt to make the orders buy. They then give us two of the orders after 15 more minutes had passed. 10 minutes after that the third person got their order (which was mine) and in all that time they still could not even get it right they put it on wheat bread ( not ordered) that was so soggy...
I placed a mobile order for delivery through the third party website "doordash" for our local store in Brunswick ga. Store located at 919 glynn Ave. Unfortunately the third party site shows the stores sales promotions and bogo specials on the site and presents it as if you are ordering the menu specials and then at the final stage of payment completion you discover the menu promotion you order doesn't actually apply. This may not seem like a big issue but I ordered...
