This was the worst place I have ever stopped at. First the restrooms were absolutely disgusting dirty. The store itself was dirty and the man behind the counter made everyone do the self checkout while he played on a tablet. I wanted lottery and he would not even sell them to me. Clean store and rest room. Great selection of beverages including wine and beer. Clean and bright. Cashiers not very helpful but other staff was exemplary. He really made sure he knew what I was looking for and showed me all the options. Gas and coffee discounts. Wouldn’t try Tornados again. Easy in and out.

My husband and I stopped by to get hot chocolate/coffees for us and our kids while out looking at Christmas lights. My daughter was about to get a cappuccino when the worker walked up and without any regard for the fact she was about to use the machine began to disassemble it while talking on her phone about wanting to fight someone. My daughter then settled on just a coffee. We had signed up for my circle and had 4 free drinks left. We attempted to use the self checkout but it kept adding something we did not have. The worker acted like helping us was a major inconvenience for her. She rang us up on the regular register and it did not make the drinks free like it was supposed to. When it was brought to her attention she began to be even more rude and began raising her voice. Saying that we should have told her before she rung us up. We grabbed our drinks and left. As we talked out she was still being rude saying, “I just work here. I don’t know what I’m talking about.” Her attitude was completely uncalled for. If she does not know how to talk to customers she should not be working retail.

One of my biggest peeves while traveling is gas stations not having paper recipes available at the pumps, and making us enter the store to maybe making an unnecessary purchase. I use a card and sometimes pay more per gallon because I choose to pay at the pump so I don't need to wait in line. My policy is if I don't get a receipt I will never go into that store again and take a picture of the purchase at the pump as my receipt. Please refill your receipt rolls when you change the window washer fluids empty the trash.

Not a fan of being scammed by fuel signs. Diesel price 395.9 then flashes 3.859 which usually means if u pay cash price drops 10cent. Well I paid 300 cash and only got 75.7 gallon. Went back into store to ask why if I paid cash did I get charged the credit price. Guy says u have to look at sign closely so I look nothing. He says look above the price of gas when it flashes. Above gas pice it says cash then to the right it says ez-pay. Not sure what cash price and ez pay has to do with Diesel prices I guess u should put a EZ-PAY sign above the Diesel prices as well and not try to take advantage of people with misrepresentation of yall signs. Instead of getting another $500 from me I went up 2 exits to race Trac and fueled for 3.69 cash. Won't stop at this circle K again.
