The place is amazing. I've traveled all over the world and I thought I knew good Korean food. One of my favorite restaurants in Almaty, Kazakhstan was a fine dining Korean restaurant but honestly? This place serves better food. It's funny because it has zero curb appeal. It looks like it'll be a greasy spoon hole in the wall but then when your food comes out it's simply delicious. It's set up in typical East Asian style with pics of all the food on the wall. I always like that. You can look at the menu with words then compare it to the picture on the wall. It's pricey it's worth every penny. If the food is worth the price I'll never complain. I'm happy to pay top dollar for amazing food. I've eaten at too many places around Brunswick now that are expensive but terrible. I think this place may be my new favorite restaurant. You should go. It won't disappoint.

The food was fantastic. Service quick and friendly. I’ve lived in several states including CA in the LA and San Diego area where there is a large Korean population and good food is easy to find. This place is better than one of my favorite places. Best I’ve had on the east coast. The only reason for 4 stars is we only got two sides 반찬 while we noticed other tables got several. Maybe it’s related to the dish. But I have ordered this dish several times and always gotten several side dishes. Either way fantastic food. Highly recommend.

a trully majestic, fantastic, marvelous way of gaining weight and happiness. because of limited capacity of digestion. i had no chance to choose what to eat with bigger variety, but if i could, i hope they could start selling the 'hwang keum jung' sampler so i can invite my friends from all over the world, teach them the authenticity of Korean cuisines. They do no cheats, they will not charge you if you trully do not love their creations. God bless this fantastic place and i hope they could maintain this business to generation to generation. Thank you!!!!!!!!

Some of the best Korean food I have ever had! It's by far our favorite restaurant in the Golden Isles. And we LOVE the owners and staff! Top Menu Items are: Dol Sot Bee Bim Bob, Chicken Bulgogi, Jap Chae, and the dumplings! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Also, the Kimchi's are always fresh and seasonal. Don't forget Potato Friday!!!!

We drive up from Kingsland to get Korean at this place, the food is absolutely amazing! The cook is really awesome, he comes out to see how you like everything and it's always a 10 out of 10. The gyoza is delicious and they give you a lot of them. My favorite is the pork bulgolgi, but everyone we've taken here says what they've ordered is awesome too!

We went to Hwang Keum Jung for my birthday today, because I absolutely love Korean food. The spice, the freshness, the quality.Let me tell you: they DELIVERED! My partner got the bulgogi, and it was so tender and marinated fantastically. He finished the plate, and it was a hearty portion. I got the kimchi jjigae, and they asked how spicy I wanted it, which was very spicy. The lady who took our order, – who was extremely kind, as were they all, –said it would be over medium, and that’s okay with me. If you don’t like spice, do not order it this way, but it was absolutely perfect for me! The pork was very tender, the tofu was like butter, and the kimchi was so fresh that even the boiling jjigae didn’t completely get rid of the crunch. It was served with a marinated boiled potato, which was heavenly, bean sprouts, cucumbers in gochujang, and more kimchi, which was fresh and tangy and crunchy… I could go on. Next time, I want to try the tteokbokki.Long story short? We will be back, and I’m going to suggest it to everyone I know!
