Can you guys go back to the way you used to cook j*** chicken? It used to have a crispy charred almost blackened exterior and soft, fall off the bone interior. Now it tastes rubbery and almost undercooked. Spices taste great and so does rice and cabbage

We ordered 2 j*** chicken quesadillas with rice and beans and cabbage. The rice had like 4 beans in it and neither the rice or cabbage had seasoning. Rice mushy. The quesadillas were decent. Definitely NOT One Jamaican in the building . Oh and the guy that answered the phone was lovely but when I called the second time to find the location (because the building says island j*** not Ms.Bs) the LADY that answered was short and a little rude . Overall I don’t recommend.

Ms. B served up some delicious j*** chicken, seasoned pork, rice and beans, green beans, cabbage and coco bread. Large portions for a very fair price. I am also impressed with her work for the homeless community.

10/10, absolutely love this place! Food is amazing, workers are great, and love the atmosphere of the place. And the j*** chicken... Wow! Was in Jamaica a little more than a month ago, this chicken tastes like I'm back on the island!

I wasn't really impressed and neither were my friends. We had high hopes after waiting for a good minute for our food. My rice lacked the peas I was longing for and the rice was very clumpy...my 2 stars is for the cabbage. Other than that no one really felt it tasted authentic but they are very nice people. ??

We make it a habit to try new non chain food restaurants on our anniversary. Sometimes it's a hit. Sometimes it's a miss. This place was a home run into the upper deck! Service was super friendly. Food was delicious and the portions were more than generous. We are so happy that we didn't go to an overpriced fancy restaurant where they serve Elf food. If you're in Brunswick, ya gotta stop and enjoy Island J****

Was not at all what I was expecting from a Jamaican restaurant. The Oxtails were tough and not "fall off the bone" ready. The seasoning was bland yet the service was great! If the food was anything like the service then I'd give them 5 stars.. But it wasn't!
Food was delicious, freshly prepared. Spiced a little in contrast to the sweet crunchy vegetables. We 3 are fully fed for $40. Definitely a great choice

Absolute Trash. Not Jamaican tradition, Not even fusion. Would not put me on the phone with the owner or manager when I needed to speak of a coworker sexually harassing me. I will make sure No one I know Sets foot in this building. Ya'll needa be sued. On god.

The two star that I gave was simply because the customer service was great and the portion size was big. As a Jamaican, the food was disappointing. I ordered j*** pork with rice and peas with cabbage and let me tell you, what I got was not that. If you are looking for AUTHENTIC YARDIE food abort all mission to go to this place. It's sad, but they are not the only Jamaican restaurant that have watered down our traditional food. Please remember that what brings others to loving our food and culture is that we are JAMAICANS anything else is just unacceptable. My food taste like someone cooked beef in a crock pot and add j*** sauce to it.

This is a wonderful establishment with terrific food and a caring owner who helps feed the homeless etc I am homeless and I stopped in for first time today a friend told me about her place and she welcomed me right In gave me a free meal which was beyond delicious and a beverage I have to admit I plan on revisiting with my friend here daily for lunch and once I start working again she will be getting alot of business from me as I'll be able to pay then thank you so much for great food environment and support when I needed a leg up
