What a great find. Stayed the night at coastal Georgia RV park. Another excellent place. There was an advertisement for JB‘s on our parking map. I personally think shrimp from the coast of Georgia are the best I’ve ever tasted. I called and the lady I spoke with, I believe Nana, said it was fresh Wild caught Georgia shrimp. My wife had already cooked dinner so I got it to go. Fried shrimp, okra, and a hush puppy. You can’t go wrong. Highly recommend this place. The place was buzzing with activity. Everybody was happy. JB’s looks like such a great place to go and have a Casual dinner.

Great shrimp and service, but very pricey. Over $28 for fried shrimp on throw away plates, add a drink and tip, and it was just over $40 for shrimp, coleslaw, and an iced tea.

Okay, I know what you're thinking because I was thinking the same thing, how good can a shrimp joint be, right of the interstate? Let me tell you, FANTASTIC! My wife had the 1/2 pound shrimp, it appeared a tad more than a 1/2 pound, delicious! We on our way from home from 10 said on the Gulf Coast, JB's blew everything out of the water that we had on the Gulf. I had the grilled Flounder sandwich, it was excellent. Service was fantastic. The entire restaurant is decorated with fishing equipment. Do yourself a favor, this is a MUST STOP. They even gave a military discount.

A real fish shack. They aleays have fresh line fish and serve real wild Georgia shrimp. Flounder is amazing. Got wine and beer. I have come here for a while already and keep coming back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were driving home from a road trip and decided to stop at JB’s Shrimp Shack for dinner — and wow, it blew my expectations out of the water! The food was incredible — definitely stop by and grab some fish and grits, you won’t regret it! Our waitress, Eulanda, was amazing. She had great customer service and was super patient with my indecisiveness. Such a great experience all around!

The pork chops was off the chain good!!! The Catfish tasted fresh and the hamburger steak was made from scratch. The rolls were soooo good!!!! Nothing was bad. The service was outstanding and the homemade cakes, OMG!! Amazing!! I would give 5 stars all the way!!!

I've lived here most of my life, and I've eaten a lot of fried shrimp and low country boil and this is some of the best I've ever had. Everything was piping hot, I left stuffed, and the service was fantastic. I'll be back very soon.
The food was very good and priced appropriately. We had the catfish dinner and shrimp. It was fresh and properly breaded. Wait staff was nice. We went early and it was already busy. We talked to one gentleman who had driven 35 miles to pick up their dinner. You know it has to be good for someone to do that. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

This is the best shack! The catch of the day was triple tail. Never had it before, but holy moly it was good. It was all good. Had to wait for a seat on Friday night but it was totally worth it.
