Extremely poor experience. Last Sunday evening we ordered dinner (3 main courses) to be precise. Upon arrival we found that they were missing the main ingredient on a dish, re snapper. They switched it to a tilapia dish. We waited for 30 mins only to be told that the tilapia cannot be prepared because it's frozen. We waited over 45 mins. No compensation of any kind. Also the dishes were not good as well. Will not recommend the place. Also the overall area is very sketchy.

Just ordered on Uber Eats and this is what I got, straight up hog food. I ordered steamed vegetables and plantain with oxtail no rice because i don’t eat.

The jerk pork sandwich is 5 stars!!! Wonderful service.
As other comments suggest, this is not equatable to authentic jerk/jamaican. We tried the jerk chicken plate. It's taste was much more like bbq chicken then true jerk. The Value for the price is what saved this place some for us.

I ordered this on Uber Eats for my sick parents all the way from Florida. The order was missing plantains which the owner acknowledged but was missing two coconut waters as well with no help. I specifically ordered from here for the coconut waters for my mom. Uber Eats said that all the items were correct and I couldn’t get any sort of refund. It’s really frustrating. I hope you guys can make it up somehow that I was missing three of my six things and wasn’t able to get any money back because it’s a third-party.

I’m only giving the food a 2 because my food was okay, jerk chicken was good but my husband ordered the trio curry goat and double ox tail, didn’t get double and it tasted OLD. We’ve been here before but only came back because it was the only place open after a hurricane (honestly thank you but get it together) we sat down and no one said anything, there was a lady at the counter and a lady behind the counter and a customer, we sat for a few minutes just for the lady sitting at the counter to ask the CUSTOMER to tell us they’re only taking orders at the counter, Alright fine, cool no biggie. We order, we sit and wait, more and more people come in and order after and get their food first, there’s another couple that sits at a table, the lady at the counter JUMPS UP to take their order. We assumed she was another customer but no, she just didn’t want to serve US or take our order. The customer service here is biased and attitudes are high. There is no reason to spend +$60 on cold re-heated old food and to be treated like you’re less than other customers and deal with crappy attitudes.
