We came to eat dinner at this location on December 1st, 2024 at around 7pm. Exceptional service, hot fresh food, fresh brewed tea and overall one of our best experiences at Jersey Mikes. The people working on this evening were all very friendly. Sometimes coming to eat this time in the day feels like you don’t get the same experience as coming in the middle of the day, but we were not disappointed at all. Marisha and Neisha were lovely!

I enjoy the food at Jersey Mikes as a franchise. However, Brunswick kills chain restaurants and this is no exception. The employees just don’t care and couldn’t be bothered to produce food in a timely manner. I waited for 25 minutes in the drive thru with one car in front of me and 2 customers inside. On top of that, had to deal with attitude from the employee who finally did get my food. Like I’m bothering her for being a customer. Ridiculous.

Do yourself a favor and go across the parking lot to Jimmy Johns. Or maybe grab a publix sandwich.

I've always loved Jersey Mike's and was much looking forward to going here because driving to Jesup for a sub is just ridiculous. I'm a veteran, not a veterans spouse and have received a discount at this location before so, imagine my surprise when the denied my discount yesterday. Ok fine, so I google does Jersey Mike's offer military discount and clear as day there it is that yes they do. Well the young girl asks her General Manager who then just scrunches his face and shakes his head no, he does not even speak. Fine that's ok times are tough, I get I work in retail too. But I draw the line at the plastic around the meat being attached to the meat in my food, not just mine, but my daughters sub as well. Whether intentionally done or not, the same General Manager was the one cutting the meat. Either maliciously or lack of training, I can get over a discount, but having things in my and my children's food is unforgivable and disgusting. So while I have been a huge fan of the chain, I will never return to this location. Overall, attitude yesterday was horrendous and the GM led them by example. So hopefully, ownership rectifys this issue because it will be a huge problem later.

What an amazing team and great food !!! This is the nicest employees I’ve ever experienced in a restaurant and considering how busy they are it’s even more impressive . I will definitely be back to this restaurant. #13 mikes way is the best sandwich hands down .

I came In at 7 pm last night and waited an hour for a giant chicken cheesesteak. I got home and started eating it and quickly realized there wasn't a single piece of meat in my sandwich. Just peppers onions and cheese. By the time I started eating it when I got home, the store was closed. I came in today with half of the sandwich because I threw the other half away that I had started eating and they (the cook who made that ridiculous meatless sandwich to begin with) told me they would only make me half of a sandwich when I paid for a giant sandwich. They could clearly see there was no meat on it and knew the other half didn't have meat on it either and still refused to correct it and make me a new giant sandwich that I paid for. Very unacceptable. PUT CHICKEN ON THE CHICKEN CHEESESTEAKS! I don't understand how incompetent you have to be to not do that but I guess the cook is just that dumb.

Missing ingredients from my order in both subs. What is the point of customizing your sandwich if they’re going to ignore it and make it the way they want to. Also, when someone takes the time to say who each sandwich is for, please label them so I don’t have to dig through someone else’s food to see which is which. I realize this is a new place, but reading and order screen or receipt is fundamental to this type of business. Getting an order to go, driving all the way home, and then seeing your order is wrong is just a bad customer experience all the way around.

Job well done on 2nd day open. Any negative reviews should be ignored. Give them a chance to get in the groove. The sandwich was great, a different taste than the other sub shops in town.
