Second time in a week. Sloooooooow service. Got my drink wrong, got my sub wrong. I literally didn’t even complain about the drink because I was sick of waiting. They need to practice performing “freaky fast”

Customer service is important and the first thing a customer sees. The greeting guy looked so miserable and didn’t want to be at work.. so he should probably be doing something different rather than greeting customers.

This is the second time I came to the drive-in ordered my sandwich and they left out to meat. The first time it happened I called them up and they told me I was a liar that it didn’t happen. The second time I stated to drive through window opened up the sandwich pretty much right there in front of them no meat I went inside, asked for the manager, the woman said she was a manager she was not about rude And unhelpful then I asked for her managers phone number. She said she’s the owner then I asked if I can get the corporate phone number she said look on the Internet. I have a hearing disability from cancer and the woman who says she’s younger. It’s giving me a tough time about it. Laughing about it. Tell me I need to learn how to hear again , I’ve never experienced any kind of customer service like this at any place I’ve ever been to

Miss poor service, 2 days in a row drove up to the drive thru to place an order, No one would take my order. Drove up to the windows, and the attendant is picking her nose. Don't eat here! They think the gloves they make the sandwiches with are to protect their hands!
