No. Read reviews. Rude, hateful before I even got to the window. Planned to spend $50 on a big family meal, but I’m not going to give my hard earned money to somebody who talks to me that way – and she hadn’t even seen my face. Went to Publix and got better fried chicken and better sides and saved myself $20. Thanks, extremely rude drive-through woman. Maybe you should continue harassing customers trying to read the menu and after a minute sneer, “I’m waiting on you” to ensure everyone knows how important and completely wonderful you are. And when they say, “ What did you say? “ because they can’t believe someone would be that rude through a drive-through microphone, you should continue to double down and say it again. And make sure to put that extra tone on the words so that they really know how you just cannot be bothered by their complete stupidity in having to read the menu. I’m sure your store didn’t need the $50 we were about to drop for our family meal. (4:50 pm Tuesday) and also good job for refusing to get the manager when I drove up to the window and said I’d like to speak to him. Completely ignoring me the way that you did when I pulled up face-to-face shows your true professionalism. Willing to be hateful to people only when you could hide behind a microphone.

Usually I do not leave reviews but, this is an exception. The Manager Mr. Andrew absolutely went above and beyond to accommodate me the guest after a small issue with my order. The food quality was fresh and tasted better than I expected.

I sent a message via your contact site after the rudeness of your drive thru staff at your Brunswick , GA location. $8 for 3 chicken tenders ?? ( no sides). I will never go back to this location ever again.

I was refused service on September 17th at this location by a manager because he claimed I had to show him proof that my 4 pound service dog, who I was holding in my arm, was in fact a service dog. First of all, it’s illegal to not serve me because I have a service dog. It’s also illegal to demand proof that he’s a service dog unless he’s acting in a manner that is inappropriate for a service dog.
Per the ADA website,

“When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task.”

“A person with a disability cannot be asked to remove his service animal from the premises unless: (1) the dog is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it or (2) the dog is not housebroken. When there is a legitimate reason to ask that a service animal be removed, staff must offer the person with the disability the opportunity to obtain goods or services without the animal’s presence.”

Managers and employees of public spaces need to be trained in service dog handling according to the ADA guidelines to avoid lawsuits.

After I tried to educate the manager on what the ADA website actually says, he argued with me and said it doesn’t say that, and that he cannot serve me with my dog in my arms because of the other patrons in the restaurant. I had to leave humiliated and frustrated.

Make sure that you place an order earliest as possible. They are not always good with timing fresh hot chicken. But the staff work hard to do their jobs.

The staff lack counting skills and when you try to get the order fixed, if you ordered online, you will go through a lengthy process to get a refund. Do not go to KFC. All of this for being shorted a thigh. This is my last time ever eating KFC again. It was some time since I had it before this and I don’t have to wonder why their numbers have been down now.

Had a pick up order for 6pm tonight. Waited till 6:35pm still no order!! I was told order not ready each time I asked with a snark voice by the heavy set black lady at register. I walked out. How can you not have a simple 16 piece strip meal ready when the order was placed an hour in advance and still have me wait over 35 minutes. I will be disputing that charge on my card! Corporate needs to come clean house there. I’m sure wearing crocks and socks is not proper attire in a restaurant and they aren’t all wearing gloves!

I’m rating 5 stars solely because of the sweet young girl working at the register tonight. 8/12/25 at around 7:40pm.. I didn’t catch her name but it was very busy and that poor girl was running around trying to get caught up on orders. She was literally so sweet, even in a high stress environment, which is insanely rare. 10/10 service.
