OK, this might be rude but our wait waa NOTHING to sneeze at. The woman could barely take our order because she didn't know what she was doing and the only person who seemed to know what she was doing would barely help her. Their register froze so we had to wait EVEN longer. Not eating here again, good luck everybody else. #Disappointment

I have yet to have a good experience at a Krystal in town. Today I tried to order a 3 Krystal combo which I have done in the past. The person at the drive thru informed me that wasn't possible. They didn't have one. I told them i had gotten it previously and they said" whoever did that could get fired" Really? I took my buisness elsewhere.
