I waited in the Drive-Thru for 25 minutes only for them to charge me for the wrong meal and then pull me forward and bring out the wrong food, and then when I went in to try to get my money back because they screwed it up they wanted to argue with me. I don't know who is running this location but you seriously need to hire people that aren't rude, hostile, and have better hearing. And maybe hire some people that can actually cook food in a timely manner so we aren't waiting in line for 30 minutes for some burgers that literally take less than a minute to cook. I will not be going back to this location until all of the staff is replaced because every single time that I have tried to come here it has been a horrible experience. This place is not what it used to be, they used to get your food out to you fast and fresh.

The food was really good. Lots of different options on the menus. The service was OK. The lady who took my order may have been having an off day. The atmosphere was nothing to brag about. We were the only ones in the restaurant.

Was really shocked on how much this place changed.. The service was Fantastic and really kind . The food was So excellent .. one of the previously problems of the place was that they made the burgers Cold and the fries were also .. But today on my way back from vacation I went back to try it again after 3 years.. today was The best experience I had definitely.. And the fries and burgers were not Cold ! Major improvements and like I said the service was really nice. I’m definitely coming back here again when I go back on vacation..

I was pleasantly surprised on the great service at this location. They were fast and friendly. They were accommodating as well. One of the orders had an allergy request and Racquel the employee made sure the back understood and made sure it was all correct. Food was nice and warm and the store was clean.
