It's an interstate fast food restaurant. You know exactly what you're getting into when you stop here. Service is always great. The food is....well I love that trash, but I'm well aware that you either love it or hate it hahaha never been in the dining room but it looks nice from outside. Last time I passed by it was being renovated.

Very slow service. We were the only ones in the line at 645 in the morning and it still took them 20 minutes. Had to repeat the order 4 times. What is so hard about getting a sunriser combo? Food was disgusting, greasy and literally thrown into the bag.

This is the third time I visited this Crystal location while passing through. All three times. It took at least 10 minutes per car to be served. The employees are extremely slow, and have no clue what they're doing. This place is going to shut down soon hopefully.

Terra was an absolute delight! She not only made sure our order was correct, hot, and out to us quickly but she was so sweet. Just a genuinely nice person who talked with us and made us feel we were being cared for at her place. She even came out to make sure we were okay when she saw us delayed in the parking lot (dividing food between vehicles) and got us extra bags to make it easier. Totally above and beyond service and true human connection. We should all be lucky enough to have a Terra in our lives!
