It's an interstate fast food restaurant. You know exactly what you're getting into when you stop here. Service is always great. The food is....well I love that trash, but I'm well aware that you either love it or hate it hahaha never been in the dining room but it looks nice from outside. Last time I passed by it was being renovated.
Terra was an absolute delight! She not only made sure our order was correct, hot, and out to us quickly but she was so sweet. Just a genuinely nice person who talked with us and made us feel we were being cared for at her place. She even came out to make sure we were okay when she saw us delayed in the parking lot (dividing food between vehicles) and got us extra bags to make it easier. Totally above and beyond service and true human connection. We should all be lucky enough...
It's been a long time since I've eaten at Krystal, but I was riding with a friend who stopped there. The service was great, the food was as I remembered, good as usual. The price was a lot more than I remembered, but it was still worth it.
