The food was good but the service was horrible. Called in my order at 12:07pm was told it’ll be ready in 20 mins, order wasn’t ready when I got there, didnt receive my food til 1:08 ? cashier was rude and unapologetic

Great food! Always crowded so therefore I wish they were provide service first come first serve. Instead the regulars I guess that come there walked out of the restaurant ahead of me after coming in well after me placing their order. I saw my order sitting on the counter and waiting on her just to add the chicken but she stopped mine and a couple of other orders lined up there to make these guys plates. Mind you I was on my work break as well. So running to pick up my lunch to bring back to the office took me a full 20 to 30 minutes and I went there when they opened So I was among the first eight people there In fact my order number was eight today. My time is just as valuable as theirs was. That's the only disparaging thing I have to say about them. Otherwise the food is great just do better with customer service. I don't know whether you have a contract with these guys or not but my money spends just like theirs. Immediately after they got their meals and headed out she completed my bowl and called my number. Needless to say I wasn't too happy oh yeah and also today the spicy white was not spicy it was mislabeled. So I didn't enjoy my lunch today as much as I normally would have. Otherwise they're great.
Grabbed some late evening Hibachi Chicken, and it was great. This place was staying pretty busy as well, which was good. The chicken and rice were both tasty, and we enjoyed our meal.
