Food is always fresh,delicious. Cashiers are always polite and efficient. My friend dine in here every week and the atmosphere is always quiet and welcoming

When I tell you this is the worst food I think I have ever put in my mouth - it’s not a joke. Service was terrible - I got three sushi roles each one fell apart immediately- I found not 1 but 2 pieces of male hair in my sushi - they also put mushrooms on bowls which is not stated so If you are allergic to mushrooms don’t get a bowl because this was a suprise. my boyfriends rice was not cooked it was churchy rice- do yourself a favor and go somewhere else you will be wasting your money 100%

I have visited this place for years, and while the food is good, I have noticed a slight quality decrease over that time frame with the food. Personnel changes also make a difference but still pretty good and efficient.

I went to kyoto and I ordered my food every one was friendly the service was great, the only problems is that when I went to get something to drink the drinks machine didn’t give what was labeled for. For example I was going to get some coke but instead of coke coming out of the machine it was pure water and it wasnt even normal water it tasted like really carbonated water and then the rest of the drinks just had a weird taste like it was all really carbonated. I also found hairs in my white sauce which was disgusting, If they were to wear the hair nets to prevent any hair from getting in the food they would prevent more reviews like these. Apart from those stuff everyone was nice the service was great the atmosphere seemed calm and nice.

Service was terrible. I waited 25 minutes on a lunch break for a steak and chicken combo. Employees behind counter were rude and the manager’s response for the wait was just “Sorry.” He didn’t explain why it took so long or offer a discount. It was definitely not express today.

Sushi was a bit disappointing. Too much rice and not enough filling. Also not enough selection of raw sushi. The only raw rolls they have is tuna and spicy tuna.

VERY RUDE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I’ve been coming for YEARS and the bowl size went from A adult portion to a toddler portion . So I called to make sure that they had the right order they kept making comments, YELLING , so I started yelling . Spent $17.00 for 3 spoonfuls of food …. FANCY Q’s would never ! I’ll never come back here again

Should be renamed. There's isn't anything "express" or fast about this place. Waited an hour for one order of side rice. Will stick with seasons of Japan from here on out. Much faster and better service.

The food was good but the service was horrible. Called in my order at 12:07pm was told it’ll be ready in 20 mins, order wasn’t ready when I got there, didnt receive my food til 1:08 ? cashier was rude and unapologetic
