I was greatly impressed by this location today. The young lady at the register was amazing. I asked for gluten free bread; she promptly knew to ask if I had celiac disease or was it a dietary. They made sure everything was clean and hadn’t touched gluten bread. I was so thankful and impressed by the care this young staff took to make sure I didn’t get sick. This will definitely be my go to place for sandwiches.
I did not get all the hype, bread was ok, serving size was fair but not overwhelming. A little confusing order process, it was right next to the soda machine, that made it difficult to hear the cashier. If you preorder on app I think it will be a better experience.

I called in a pick-up order. I received a flippant rhetoric on the size of sandwiches after mistakenly asking for a "whole" sub. This usually would not affect my opinion but after coming to this location a number of times recently and it being "closed due to staffing issues" I can only wonder how their employees are treated if this is how they speak with customers. Food was decent, but you may face ridicule for not knowing their menu be heart before ordering.
