They can't make crazy puffs or Italian cheese bread to save their lives.... I waited a long time for poor quality. Lady at the counter was at least very nice. The guy that made the food you can let him go it's okay. Looking at the reviews you can tell the owner doesn't care. Brunswick is ghetto.

This was $28 thrown away. Pizza dough raw almost no sauce and not even cut properly. I could have went across the street and got a lot better pizza cheaper at Papa John’s. Very disappointed will not go back.

I ordered a pick up order over the phone today so my team members could eat since they had to work on the snow day and i asked the employee on the phone if i needed to bring cash he said no and as soon as i arrived to pick up the order he decided they could only take cash so they refused to give me my order and when i asked to speak with the manger on the phone and she refused to speak to me. as someone who works in customer service this is a horrible way to treat your customers. i would absolutely be written up if i told a customer i refused to speak to them. I really hope you guys take some action to better your customer service skills because i am also at work on a snow day and i don’t wanna be here either however I WOULD NEVER!!! speak to or treat my customers like that.

The counter personnel are always rude. The screwed up my simple 1 item call in order and forgot my mariana.

The pizza was so old we ended up just throwing it away. But the cashier was very friendly.

The pizza is almost always undercooked. I was supposed to get free pizza puffs due to spending $20+, but they didn't make them. I was going to wait for them. The staff is rarely at the counter. We cook the pizza a bit more when we get it home. It tastes good and it's cheap. That's why we continue to order from there

I really like this pizza and the wait time is short but the staff is not the friendliest in the world so I think twice before returning.

I ordered a Pep pizza, cheesy bread, and pep puffs. Food was NOT FRESH!! I called the store on Altama connector and was told if I wanted to bring it back they would replace the cheesy bread which was hard and unable to be eaten. If I wanted to drive to bring it back, I WOULDNT HAVE ORDERED ONLINE. The guy on the phone said he could put a ticket in and the people for online order would find out what really happened. What happened was that your employee put a cheesy bread that been sitting in the box too long, in my order, And basically had no answer to my situation. And again, if I were going to drive to the store, I would not have ordered online.

Asked the employee to have slices and sticks without pepperoni. Refused. Asked if he can just ring it up as normal, I'll pay for the pepperoni, just leave it off. He said no. This is preposterous. Got a cheese pizza instead and it easily was the worst thing I've ever eaten. It's a stretch to call it food.

First off, the cashier was very rude. I was a dime short and I told him I could run grab it out of my car real quick, he said he already got it. I told him I didn't want his drawer to be short at the end of the night. I went and got the dime while he was in the back preparing an order so I placed it next to the register for him. He came back up front to take another customers order so I let him know I brought the dime in for him. He picked the dime up and slung it on the counter while he was taking the next order and rolled his eyes. All in all, very rude and, the food wasn't great. Probably sure my family won't be eating there again
