Me and my family got food poisoning from here this past weekend. It was definitely from the pork because the only people who got sick were the ones who ate it. We were violently throwing up, had diarrhea, fevers, headaches, and body aches for days. When I called to let them know, 3 days later because I was too sick to call before, I was told a manager would call me back. I never received that call. I decided to call them back after waiting 5 hours and the manager said that it couldn't have been from their pork because they smoked it and took it off the smoker that morning. I didn't pick it up until 7pm. So they may have smoked it that morning, but something went sideways between then and when they served it to me. I didn't expect for him to say they poisoned us, however I did expect for him to say that he will make sure his kitchen staff is refreshed in the proper handling of food to make sure this couldn't happen in the future. There is no doubt in any of our minds that it was food poisoning from the Boston butt that I purchased from Mack's. I have never been so sick in my life.

Happily surprised to find such a delicious barbecue restaurant on our road trip from Florida to Massachusetts! At first glance, we did not have complete confidence; but, to our amazement, we found the restaurant to be pleasant and clean, with great service!

I absolutely love this place. Everything there is good. This is one of my favorite places to go eat at. I eat there at least once a week if not more. Everyone there is super friendly. I will say tho if they are busy u will wait a lil longer than normal to get your food. Definitely worth going and trying this place if u have never been there before.

Came here specifically to say how much we loved the new app, the pork skins and pimento cheese, and will be back just for that! But also because the pulled pork was also super good, service was kind, and overall it was a relaxing place to be.
