The view was very good on the deck overlooking a shrimp boat on the inter coastal waterway. The service was very attentive. My wife’s fried shrimp was excellent. Her mixed-vegetable side was average. My blackened grouper sandwich was tasty but a little fishy. Grouper in my understanding does not have a fishy taste. The spuds were quite tasty. The price was slightly more costly than it should have been. I had hoped for an outstanding lunch.
My husband and I were recommended to the place by a friend that lives local. It was a beautiful sunny day with a slight breeze and perfect temps in the 70’s. We loved the idea that we could sit and overlook the beautiful marsh. When we arrived, we were greeted by the hostess Brayla. She started to seat us inside so we asked if we could sit outside in the patio since it was a perfect day for it and there were a few empty tables. She said no but could put us near a window....
We are here for lunch and it was great! I had the fried shrimp with spuds. Delicious! My husband had the fried catfish basket and it was so good too. He also had the Bloody Mary with all the stuff. He said it was one of the best he's ever had. We highly recommend!
