I have visited this wonderful place when it initially opened. I had the turkey wings & rice, potato salad. The scratch made poundcake was excellent too. The food was piping hot and seasoned to perfection. I will definitely be back to visit. I was just checking to see if the restaurant is still open since Covid19. Now that I see the restaurant is still open, I will drive up to see have some of the delicious food.

Today was the first time I ever ate here and I ordered the shrimp and fries for $11.99 and I was expecting more of what I got. The shrimp taste good but needs more batter & has too much grease soaking on the shrimp. The fries also need to be fried longer or the grease needs to be changed. Overall for what I got I’m not too happy

The mere fact that I had no idea that this place existed startled me. I stumbled across them today while searching my door dash app. I ordered the oxtail dinners for me and my husband. That thick, sticky gravy changed my life. We are hooked!!!
Recently moved to the area, we ordered Ox Tail mac n cheese potato salad and Baked pork chops mac and cheese ocra and tomatoes...here's the run down. Customer service was good, polite, friendly. OX tail over salted and more than 1/2 was fat over meat. Rice was ok but gravy over salted. Mac and cheese not creamy, macaroni way overcooked just at 130pm potatoe salad was so so, potatoes way under cooked, mayo to potatoes was good. Knife cuts look like a 5yr old cut everything up.Baked porkchop was moist, the mound of stuffing on too was like cardboard, dry and no flavor. We will not be returning.

Oh my gosh! Your food is amazing! I order the ox tails and gravy over rice, Mac and cheese, collard greens, and corn bread. I loved it so much that I ordered it the next day! Thanks for being on Door Dash, so I can make all of my co-workers jealous!
