Absolute train wreck of a store. Sat in drive thru over 30 min. Multiple cars left after ordering including one who already paid for their food. Only 3 cars in line. People were rolling down their windows to talk to each other and form bonds. We never want to return I was just trying to DoorDash man

Please return my money back for the latte. Have visited the McDonald’s and manager said the coffee machine was out of service and she said the order will be cancelled at the end of the day. Usually cashier just asks to tap again but the lady did not allow me to do it. I am not from GA so I did not argue. I didn’t get the order and did lot get back my money. I could not return cancel the order cause it was preparing already according the app. !!!!

Service was better at night rather than daytime. Asked for a large sweet tea, didn’t ask for extra ice but I received it anyway.

im a regular customer, i normally go 2 to 3 times a week, and last night around 630pm the casher was not only on her phone, but she also put in the order wrong and then snapped at me me when i told her the proper price. i proceeded to walk out and now i wont even be coming back again

It's fast food, it used to be you get what you pay for, but with how expensive they've become you would expect some accuracy to go along with it...but no. Squished burgers under the bottom of chicken finger boxes, no sauces, and smaller drinks then what's paid for...and that's just one order...
