I go to McDonald's weekly for a homebound lady. I get the same thing every week. I try to use the one on Hwy 341 because the order is more consistent every week. On occasion I have to use this Altama location. I went there on 7/28/25, let me just say this about my order, whoever is putting the sandwiches together must not care about what they are doing OR they need to be trained more. I ordered a double cheese burger, the sandwich was so cold the cheese was not even slightly melted. I then checked a fish sandwich and the half piece of cheese that is on the sandwich was actually on the box and barely touched the bun. Come on McDonalds, a 1/2 slice of cheese on a $4.99 sandwich, REALLY?

Horrible place they make you wait for cold food and always make it wrong I always pay for an extra patty and they never put it on my burger not even In the bag for me to put it in there my self. Wouldn’t recommend if you actually care about good McDonald’s

What happened to fast food. Food is terrible has gotten too expensive and it’s not so fast. Order a value meal and have to pull to parking spot every time. If your going to be expensive and not so good at least be fast.

I did not realize that you all closed at 11:00 on Friday night. I would like to say that you were represented by the best of the best tonight. At 10:54 those young people did exactly what you pay them to do and more. They took my order and we're very pleasant. All my food was fresh and hot. They are truly to be commended for the customer service they provided. Before coming to your location I went to another fast food restaurant at 10:30 and it also closes at 11:00. No one responded at the establishment despite me being able to hear them. I just want your staff to be recognized for providing excellent customer service minutes before closing. This was on 5/9/2025.
When McDonald's started you got your order so fast. Now you can eat at a sit down spot across the street and get done before your spot at McDonald's got to the window. And your food would be not much more expensive and have better food. McDonald's is NOT FAST FOOD
